1. INTRODUCTION

Anukalpvriksha Welfare Foundation is committed to ensuring transparency and accountability in all its activities, including donations. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for donations made to Anukalpvriksha Welfare Foundation.

2. DONATIONS

All donations made to Anukalpvriksha Welfare Foundation are considered final and are non-refundable. We encourage our donors to be sure of their decision to donate before proceeding with the transaction.

3. EXCEPTIONS

In exceptional cases, such as an error in the donation amount or duplicate donations, refunds may be issued at the discretion of Anukalpvriksha Welfare Foundation. Requests for refunds must be made in writing and submitted within 15 days of the donation date.

Upon receipt of a refund request, Anukalpvriksha Welfare Foundation will review the request and may contact you for further information if necessary. If the request is approved, the refund will be processed within 30 days from the date of approval. Refunds will be issued using the same method as the original payment.

Please note that if a donation receipt has already been issued for the donation, and the refund is approved, you are responsible for ensuring that the receipt is not used for claiming tax deductions.
